Rooms were good. Tubs were really slick. I fell and so did my granddaughter. Talked to the front dest they said they are supposed to get matts.

Staff was great. We was greeted and felt like we were at home. This hotel and staff are very welcoming and we highly recommend to come here. Hot tub was very relaxing after traveling and I ove the fact that it is family friendly and pet friendly here as well. Food was yummy.

Room is very comfortable. Bed was great. Pillows were very fluffy. The only complaint were the people above us were very loud but other than that the trip was awesome. I really enjoyed the shower it was nice to have the toiletries in the shower.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff. I forgot a very nice sentimental blanket in the hotel and wouldn’t have noticed until that night, but Demond called me to tell me I forgot it. He kept it at the front desk until I could make arrangements to pick it up. Shout out to Lydi for keeping the room clean and turning in my blanket. Again, super clean and exceptional staff.

The bed was super comfy and the room was large and clean. However, this is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. You can hear every flush, every conversation in the hall, the elevator ding all night long. The other guests were also loud and annoying, which is not the fault of the hotel, but it does seem like a hotel used for parties.
